My name is Kristel Wilkinson.  I have worked in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years spending most of this time as a commercial property asset manager in Downtown St. Paul.

When the COVID pandemic hit at the beginning of 2021 I made the decision to take a well-deserved sabbatical from my industry, mostly but not entirely to avoid the daily 2 hour per day commute, but also to spend more time assisting with immediate family needs due to COVID and reflect upon my next professional chapter.

Well, now the time has arrived in my very self-determined life to renew my new occupational journey.  My goal is twofold: 1; to incorporate many of the skills for which I have become proficient, and 2; to use these skills to bring success to my new affiliation while also fullfilling my “mission” objectives.   Let’s discuss:

Even though all the goals I’ve listed above are desirable, I understand that my overall professional depth has been centered around a specific industry: commercial real estate. Nonetheless, I believe my skillset can effectively be intertwined with a mission- driven organization that shares my interest and vision.
